So it was an easy choice for us to share Red Kite Caramels as a welcome treat in our rooms. Each time you remove the red wrapper, you are in for a melt-in-your-mouth delight, or as one of our guests told us – “…cruel and unusual punishment…to only have one.” Elaine McCabe founded Red Kite Candy in 2009 in honor of her brother and special family memories (another topic near and dear to us).
